Sr # Description Remarks

1. Check All Tests BI , BMS and BD .

2. Check for the proper surveillance of data cycles.

3. Check for proper implementation of PPE.s .

4. Check for proper washing of contaminated instruments etc .

5. Check for proper completion of drying cycle and 15 minutes wait after cycle.

6. Check the humidity of All three areas must lie between 60 % to 70 %.

7. Check for temperature of washing packing and sterile area. Must not increase
25ºC.

8. Check for Pressures of the cssd area that must be -ve in washing, +ve in packing
and ++ve in sterile area.
9. Don’t store unsterile instruments openly in bins or cabinets.
