1 Scope Summary
1.1 High Level Business Requirements
Automatic notifications on customer master to notify inactive customers prior their accounts being
blocked
The current state section states that in period of 6 months customer being inactive the system
automatically block the account.
1.2 Overview of Solution
The automatic messages should be triggered on the following intervals:
1. 1st notification be sent 120 days prior the 6 months being reached
2. 2nd notification be sent 90 days prior the 6 months being reached
3. 3rd notification be sent 60 days prior the 6 months being reached
4. 4th notification be sent 30 days prior the 6 months being reached
5. 5th notification when the account has been blocked
The content of the notification shall be the following
“‘Dear Valued Customer,
Pursuant to your approval letter, failure to transact with PetroSA will result in your account becoming
dormant and blocked on our system.
Kindly conclude a transaction to preclude such closure on xx date
Over and above the customer as recipient the notification messages should also be sent to the following
recipients:

Karen Meyer blocks the accounts on VD05 – ORDER BLOCK
Nabuweyah blocks the accounts on FD05
Internally, The Sales Managers and the customer sales administrators / accounts administrators are
notified that the customer accounts has been blocked.
If a previous customer account was reactivated, look at the date and calculate 6 months from the date

Further consideration XD05 customers can be blocked @ various levels
Aging Process is managed through table: ZTT_INACT_CUST is updated as the difference in days
changes or customer does business to Termination date. SE11

External: Customer Email
