Good morning ladies and gentlement.

Today we will be going over the Army


Corrections Command Policy Number fourteen which covers and goes over the
Prison Rape Elimination Act.

The importance of the Prison Rape Elimination Act is to provide a set of policy an
procedural guidelines for the Army Correction System facilities. The Prison Rape
Elimination Act help inform all personnel entering the correctional facility prevent,
detect and respond to all form of sexual abuse and sexual harrassment.
