1. August 10, 2018 Minutes Action Items Status and Agenda Sept.7
a. Corporate Policy Manual- Already completed and approved by
President by Dr. Emily Hagad Noserale, and ready to be published
in the form of booklet. Each copy be given to every existing and
soon to be elected PHILCOMAN BOT and Officers.
b. Induction Schedule- As per Dr. Cecil Arillo, he needs a letter from
the Philcoman Secretary signed by the President address to Senator
Tito Sotto for the oath taking. He will be the one to carry and give it
personally to the Senate President next week.
c. Company Profile- Already completed and ready for conversion to a
pamphlet form that should be given to every new individual and
corporate member.
d. PHILCOMAN Services- to offer and shall be incorporated in the FB
account, PHILCOMAN Website, and Corporate Profile Pamplet
- Management Consultancy in the areas of HRM, Project
Management, TQM, SIX SIGMA Quality, Strategic Planning and
Management, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Product Development,
Market Planning and Strategies, and Corporate Communication and
Imaging
- Research Study in the areas of Market Research, Product
Research, Business Location, and Project Feasibility Studies.
- Film Showing in the areas of Corporate Ethics, Environmental
Management, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, and Urban
Development and Management
- National Management Congress to discuss latest trends and issues
in Management, Business, and Political Economy. Awarding of the
prestigious “Management Man, Woman, and Corporation of the
Year” to the winner from a tedious selection process.
-Trade Mission Sponsorship for any local city or municipality that
would like to promote their products, industries, tourism, and real
estate developments.
e. Sponsorship and Grants Letter initially to be done and forwarded
to the Foundations of Dr.Lucio Tan (Tan Yan Kee Foundation, Inc.),
Dr. Michael Romero(1-PACMAN), and Ambassador Antonio
Cabangon Chua(Dominga L.Cabangon Memorial Foundation).
f. Semi Annual Newsletter- After oath taking the initial newsletter
shall start its compilation of 3-news write-up, 3-feature writing, 2018
programs and project schedules, pictures of PHILCOMAN activities,
PHILCOMAN profile and messages from PHILCOMAN President
Emeritus. Target publication on October with the assistance of
Membership, Communication and Publication Committee for design,
layout, and publishing.
g. Director for Business Development and Fundraising will be
handled by VP Jess through his Ways and Means Committee.
h. Director for National and International Relations is still vacant.
