Sir/Madam:

This is to introduce Mr. Valen Clamano our Regular Merchandiser for Enviroclean Manpower Services
Corp. (EMSC) Iloilo Branch for our client Pepsi Cola Products Philippines Inc. (PCPPI) Iloilo as
Merchandiser. As such, he shall be responsible in promoting and refilling the product.

Mr. Valen Clamano is directly employed by our company and the latter shall be responsible for his salary,
wages, emoluments and such other benefits as provided by the law. He is in no way considered as an
employee of your outlet but our own employee.

Moreover Mr. Valen Clamano will assign in your store effective on or before November 1, 2018
to April 1, 2019. In case of infraction or any offense committed by subject person, he shall immediately
and compulsorily be sent back to our office for appropriate action.

Furthermore, the power of control and dismissal over his employment is the instance of our company on
recommendation made by your outlet as at all times he shall be abiding with all the existing rules and
regulations set by your management. His work schedule is as follows:
