Project Workscope:
IRM were requested to carry out Installation of Padeyes and Load test on behalf of Ensco
onboard the 5002.This was carried out during the period of Sept 29th to Oct 11th of 2012.
IRM would like to take this opportunity to thank all crew involved for their assistance throughout
this busy operational period.
Project Summary:
The Installation and Load test of Padeyes in the Moonpool was inspected in accordance with
ASME Section V, ASTM E-797, API, ABS, DNV or BV which ever was applicable for the correct
tool. The survey was conducted by using Magnetic Particle & Load test Inspection Equipment to
verify areas of concern.
Summary of Defective Items:
If found defects, all items found to be defective during this inspection was clearly described and
highlighted within this package of reports.
