ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With deep pleasure and gratitude, I would like to acknowledge my heartiest thanks to Dr.
Abhishek Gupta, Director CMBT Bhopal (M.P.) for giving me the permission to complete
my project in his renowned institute.

I express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Arpita Awasthi (H.O. D of Microbiology and Botany
Department), Dr. Manisha Shrivastava, Dr. Mukta Singh and Prof. Sadhana Pandey,
Prof. Aparna soni Faculty of Microbiology department and all the professors, teachers and
staff of Government T.R.S. Autonomous College Rewa to giving us the opportunity to
work on this project and for his constant encouragement and guidance throughout the
dissertation.

I express my sincere thanks to my supervisor Dr. Abhishek Gupta, Director, Centre for
Microbiology and Biotechnology Research and Training Institute, Bhopal (M.P.), for his
inspiration, knowledge, guidance, cooperation and his constant assistance. It was his
principles and virtues which taught me discipline and the art to be patience throughout the
training period.

Ms. Kirti Kushwaha, Mrs. Pragya Gupta faculty of CMBT Laboratory needs a distinct
mention here, because without their perpetual efforts to systemize my work it would not have
been possible to complete the project in time.

The acknowledgement would be incomplete without a mention of gratitude to my parents


particularly my Father, my Mother, my Sister and my Family members for their blessings and
not to forget my friends for their support and encouragements during this project.

Finally, I would not get forget to thanks all those who are not along with me here but their
presence in my mind always provoked me to do better work and with full devotion. My
