Specifications: Refer General Technical Evaluation (GTE)


Mandatory Requirements:
• Similar configuration should be supplied in INDIA (prestigious educational institutions like
NIT/IIT/IISc etc) along with contact details, customer satisfaction certificate and PO (purchase order)
copies should be furnished for references.
• Distributor of the original manufacturer should supply necessary proof/certificate that they
are the sole supplier of the equipment in India.
• Commissioning equipment, loading and unloading at the place of installation including
calibration and certification of the equipment after commissioning are in the scope of supplier.
• The vendor should have supplied similar or above configuration (minimum 10 numbers)
during last three years (submit proofs)
• No advance will be given prior to the installation and training
• The vendor should have its service center in Coimbatore, working for last 5-years.
• Packing, forwarding and freight charges may be clearly mentioned for delivery of the stores at
the institutional premises.
