2018 will conduct a Forum on Federalism to Higher Education Stakeholders on
November 20, 2018 at Pampanga Agricultural State University, Magalang
Pampanga.

Below is the list the of the Student Leaders who will participate the said forum. They will
be assisted by Mr. Jester Aries A. Sagun, Mr. Rizalde M. Capio and Dr. Gloria B.
Abrazado.
