AFFIDAVIT

I, Pia Wurtzfront, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of


Molugan, Legazpi City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say that:
1. I am the niece of the accused in the foregoing Criminal Case No.

1234;

2. I have been living with the accused for about a year now to help

him in the ricefields;


3. I grew up around the farm even before living with the accused

since my parents were farm laborers and I already experienced working in the

farm since I was young;

4. On January 1, 2019, I was in the ricefield together with the

accused for the whole day;

5. Around 4:30 in the afternoon, after our work in the ricefields, we

went home to start to prepare for our supper;

6. As a form of relaxation, I, together with the accused, have been

occasionally drinking for at least twice a week to relieve ourselves from the

exhausting work in the fields;

7. On the night of January 1, 2019, we went on to drink Tanduay

after our supper up until I fell asleep at around 8 or 9 o’clock in the evening;

8. I am executing this affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the

truth of the foregoing statements, to inform the proper authorities of the above

facts, and for whatever purpose this may serve best.
