Dear Ma’am/Sir;

Good Day!

Please consider this letter as my intent to apply for a teaching position in your established
institution. My resume is enclosed for your review. Given my qualifications, I would appreciate
your consideration for this job.

I graduated in college last March 29, 2019 at Aklan State University Banga Campus and
completed a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education. I took this course because of my
burning passion to share my knowledge and experiences to others especially to young
individuals. My mother is a Public Elementary Teacher and following her footstep as a teacher is
also my reason in taking this course. I know that in this way, I could help my mother in
supplying our daily living needs especially financially since there is only my mother who is
supporting us because my father has already died when I was a liitle.

I have experienced teaching elementary students last November 2018 up to March 2019 at Banga
Elementary School during my internship and passed my final demonstration. Given this
experience, it atleast gave me ideas and made me understand how the system works in school as
a teacher and I can do the duties and responsibilities of a teacher. Your institution will surely help
me a lot in developing my skills.

Before graduating college, I was able to participate and join in some organizations in our
university where i got the chance to practice my leadership and academic skills. I was elected as
one of the officers in our department and it will surely help me in communicating with the
students and co-teachers if given a chance.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with other people. I have the ability
to work within a team and I believe that your school would give me the opportunity to learn
more things in my chosen field and that it would hone my teaching skills further.
