I am pleased to inform you that, my firm has completed the period for issuance of security
deposit of an amounting Rs. /-. The performance acceptance of the said project has been
done satisfactorily. It is awe-inspiring that my hard work and endless effort to give the best has
been recognized.

I would like to draw your attention as per PC-1 04 sites agreement Clause 4.1 that “The security
bond will be released by organization after issuance of PAC & the performance security will be
discharged by company not later than 60 days following the date of completion of the
contractor’s performance.” It is worth mentioning that the date of PAC shall be the date of
successful completion of the PAT.”

Again, I would like to extend my deep appreciation and thank you for recognizing my work and I
am looking forward for my security deposit which would be on the priority basis.
