1 Replacement of the cloths (lay down on a flat
surface):
Remove the old cloth
Eventually clean the grooves with high pressure (50
to 55°C)
2 Soap the introduction grooves

2. MASH FILTER Maintenance ELEMENTS
Replacement of the membranes (lay down on a
flat surface):
• Remove the fixation screws
• Take out the old membrane (traction on the
corners)
• Eventually clean the grooves with high
pressure (50 to 55°C)
• Eventually soap the introduction grooves
• Place the edges of the new membrane in
the groove and hammer it gently in
• Replace and tight the attachment screw
again

2. MASH FILTER Maintenance LONGITIUDINAL CHAIN
Once a week:
Check the condition of the three springs of the
sleds
Check the lubrication of the translation chains
(spray if needed)
Check the tension of the longitudinal chains (max
3-5 cm of flexion in the middle)
If required, tighten on fixed shield :
-Move the sleds out of their start position
-Loose the bolts from the 2 plates supporting the
return pinions
Nut for stretching theq -Tighten the stretching nuts on both sides at the
central bearing
same distance from the plate (optionally remove a
link from the chain)
-Tighten back the bolts on both plates

2. MASH FILTER Maintenance LONGITIUDINAL CHAIN
Once a year:
Ensure the links of the chains are in good condition
To repair: block the sleds, take out the fixation pins from their links
Disconnect the chains

Check the oil filter and replace it if needed
2) Once a month:
Check the oil level in the hydraulic unit (jack in open position)
Check the hoses, connections and absence of leaks (check valves, solenoids,…)
3) Every 24 months:
Control the oil quality and replace if necessary
When replacing, take care to degass the pump thanks to the small screw for venting, and the jack with the
flexible hose delivered
