3. That the terms and conditions of this Compromise


Agreement shall be as follows:

a) That I, shall pay the amount of Five Thousand Pesos


(P5, 000.00), commencing on June 15, 2019 from the
date of the signing of this Compromise Agreement,
and on every fifteenth (15th ) day of the Months
thereafter until the amount of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE
PESOS AND NINETY NIBE CENTAVOS
(P170, 199. 99) shall have been fully paid and
satisfied;

b) That, shall pay said amounts to the Account of


_________________through the Bank Account
No.____________;

c.) After the civil liability shall have been paid,

Motion to Dismiss and Satisfaction of Judgment; which
case shall be considered as closed and terminated;

3. The Parties are enjoined to observe and comply with


the terms and condition of the Compromise Agreement as set
forth above;

4. That failure of the accused to comply with the terms


and conditions of this Compromise Agreement as set forth
above, the Accused’ Civil Liability / Judgment Obligation shall

become due and demandable and shall entitle the Private


Complainant to File Motion for the Issuance of Writ of Execution.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby submits this


Compromise Agreement for the Approval of the Honorable Court
and that a Judgment be Rendered thereon.
