prison cell -day 

Mark 
(Is seated on his prison bed with his arms hanging on his lap. he has his head down 
in grief).  
the camera slowly zooms onto mark's hands which are trembling as it's his release 
day from prison. 
​narrator:  
It has been a while since Mark have been locked up in this hell and now he is craving 
freedom, the need to be released boils in his veins with excitement. 
cut to next scene 
INT-prison visits-day 
medium shot of mia and mark sitting in the visit room 
Mia 
I paying for your bail you idiot 
(shot reverse shot ) 
Mark 
yeah yeah sure 
Mia 
so how was your time in here? 
 
Mark 
pulls his sister a ''are you stupid '' face 
Mark notices a bruise on Mia's face 
 
Mark  
this was your boyfriend wasn't it? 
(shot reverse shot ) 
Mia  
mind your business, anyways i'll be leaving bye​ 
INT.court room-day 
Mia 
(hands in money to judge) 
narrator 
she hopes that this time her brother doesn't fuck up and is actually serious about his 
life 
EXT.prison-day 
Mark 
(slowly pushes the gate) 
camera will be track shoting from shoulder as he is leaving to the outside world. 
Mark 
(exhales deeply) 
finally freedom.. 
 jump cut to Mia videoing her and Mark 
 
Mia 
hey guys my annoying yute brother has been released from jail..so brother how you 
feel? 
(Mia pretends she has a microphone as her hand, but mark aggressively pushes her 
hand away and continues to walk away)  
 
medium shot of Mia pulling a face at her brother followed by a quick jump cut shot 
of mark walking away as the camera does a tracking shot of him.  
 
jump cut to a medium shot of Bill looking down on his phone 
(he is standing with his friend group) 
Bill 
​what he's out of prison..? 
the camera then slowly zooms out to a long medium shot of all of the friends group 
showing their clothing 
(they will be wearing track suits and big coats and masks)  
cut shot to Mark picking up his phone  
camera zooms in into a close up of Mark's face as he is talking 
 
Mark 
hello who's this? 
jump cut to Bill as the camera does a close up to his face as he is talking to Mark  
 
Bill  
mate you owe me bare from time! 
 
Mark  
(voice over will be inserted to this shot as if he is on the phone) 
umm I don't you are jarring bare fam! 
 
bill  
listen likkle man if you don't get me my fucking money I'm gonna kill you! 
jump cut to Mark looking at the phone with an anxious expression on his face as the 
phone declines suddenly, throws the phone to the floor medium shot of him doing 
this and a tracking shot as the phone flys to the ground 
 
Mia runs over to her brother 
 
(medium shot of brother so we can see a glimpse of Mia running towards him) 
Mia 
 Are you okay? 
(shot reverse shot ) 
 
Mark  
no! I-I mean yes, yes i'm good you... don't have to worry about me..so how's school 
likkle mite? 
(shot reverse shot) 
 
Mia 
Its not that bad.. i did get into trouble with that brat Mrs Elton but i guess this runs in 
our blood..right? Hey! do you even know who got your ass out of this?... 
(shot reverse shot) 
 
Mark 
It was not you..(hesitant) 
(shot reverse shot)

Yes i'll take you home to your mum. i'll head off to my apartment since i' m now 
invisible to that family.. 
(annoyance and anger in voice)

Don't worry i will try to convince them to have you back.. 
(reassuring smile) 
jump cut to a medium shot of their backs as they walk off  
 
a week later 
 
 EXT-near shop-day 
 
Mia is heading to the shops. 
tracking shot of her walking down to the shops  
then a shot reverse shot of the criminals checking to see if it is really Mark's sister 
(all of this is done in a medium long shot to show their body language) 
there is a medium shot of the man holding a blind and mini rope to tie Mia up 
the criminal approaches her and the camera does a tracking shot from the back 
(showing Mia walking not knowing that he is behind her) 
jump cut of a close up of the criminal covering her mouth 
fades to empty dim hall  
long shot of Mia hanging her head down tied up to the chair and Bill crouched down 
coldly looking at Mia 
zoom in to medium shot of the two 
she then slowly wakes up at the same time, Bill walks to the table near her 
tracking shot of Bill 
jump cut to Mia struggling to get free as Bill calls Mark  
(phone call in sound)  
jump cut close up to Billy face as he starts to speak 
 
Bill 
hey Mark what you saying gee, how things going in life...great? 
(malicious tone) 
jump cut close up to Marks suspicious facial expression  
 
Mark  
you again?what do you want now? 
 
Bill 
your sister- 
jump cut to Mark looking at the phone as Bill ends the call 
(phone decline sound) 
yells into phone then throws it on the floor 
(tracking shot of the phone as it smashes to the ground.....again) 
medium shot 
 
Mark  
where is this bastard? 
aggressively scratches his neck 
short tracking shot from behind as Mark picks up his phone and receives a message  
close up to phone screen (which is a little cracked) 
[bill 5:35 sent 
 same old place my guy] 
jump cut to empty hall medium shot  
Bill mockingly approaches Mia as he speaks to her 
 
Bill  
you've always helped your brother cover up his shit.. you were expecting this weren't 
you? you should have chosen to be on my side.. 
 
Bill leans closer to Mia and strokes her cheek  
suddenly she tries to bite his hand  
Bill quickly doges her impulse and grabs the chair that she is tied to and pushes it to 
the floor  
(sobbing sounds)  
jump cut to Mark 
Mark charges into the empty dull hall  
tracking shot  
Mark runs towards Bill but stops half  
(shot reverse shot ) 
Billy holds a knife against Mia's neck 
jump cut close up to Mark 
 
Mark  
if you lay a finger on her I swear! 
medium shot 
Mark quickly pulls out a gun and aims at Billy 
but Bill is faster and throws the knife towards Mark before Mark pulls the trigger  
medium shot of Bill throwing knife and the camera track shots the knife for 2 
seconds then a shot reverse of Mark with the knife on him and he falls on his knees 
then falls to the floor 
jump cut to a medium shot of Mia running out of the hall  
then the camera jump cut to a medium  
of Mark dies on the floor and Bill kneeled down next to him 
and stabs Mark's head to make sure if he really is dead.  
Fades to black.
