[ANNOUNCEMENT THAT CEREMONY IS TO BEGIN]
EMCEE: Good afternoon everyone. Before we begin the ceremony, please be reminded
of the following:
-Turn your phones into silent mode as it may interfere the program
-Be courteous to the people around you by refraining from taking aloud.
-While the program is ongoing, you must refrain from taking pictures in the restricted areas
such as in front & side areas of the stage. You can take pictures in your seats or after the
program.
Comfort rooms are located at the right and left wing of this auditorium near the main
entrance.
-During the awarding ceremony, we are encouraging you to express your pride by
applauding.

[INTRODUCTION]
EMCEE: A year of gaining knowledge and learning new things. A year worth of
friendships, challenges, and opportunities. And we are all gathered here today to
celebrate those achievements. The trials and hardships that our students had triumphed
are really worth celebrating, since another chapter of their academic lives has come to a
close. Today signifies the culmination in another year of hard work in the relentless pursuit
of knowledge that will enable our students to embrace opportunities and take on
challenges life may bring.
To the school administration headed by the school principal together with the Panglao
Schools District Supervisor, barangay officials who are with us today, members of the
PTA , co - teachers, parents, guardians, dear students, ladies and gentlemen good
morning, and welcome to the Recognition Program 2019 with the theme Pagkakaisa sa
Pagkakaiba: Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Lahat.
To begin with, let us witness the processional,

EMCEE: To formally start the program, may I request everyone to please rise for the
singing of the Phipippine National Anthem and Bohol Hymn and remain standing for the
opening prayer to be led by Ms Jennifer Arbutante, faculty member.

At this point, let us pay attention and pin our ears back as we call on, the dashing and
dynamic principal of Lourdes National High School, Mrs Ma Buenaventurada G. Socorin
for her welcome address.

Thank you Maam for that warm welcome.
Young minds do not only excel in academic but also in extra-curricular activities. And
now, lets hear an intermission number. Let us give the performer a big round of applause.

Indeed, we are celebrating a very momentous event today. Without further ado, let’s move
on to the Awarding of Medals to Exemplary Students. May I request the presence of our
school principal onstage to be assisted by the grade level coordinator.

Let’s proceed to the Grade 11 Awardees for Academic Excellence and Co-Curricular
Activities. Grade 11 students will also receive the TESDA National Certificate as they’ve
passed the National assessment in their respective track.

Congratulations to all Awardees! I bet your parents are indeed so proud of your
achievements.
EMCEE: A recognition day is not just plainly for the awarding of students, from the root
word recognize, we can say that it is also a time to give credits to our mentors for a job
well done, to recognize their kindness shown that make the teachers extraordinary,
exceptional and incomparable. Thus, certificate of recognition will also be awarded to the
distinguished club advisers. I will read the citation first,

At this juncture, let us hear a message from the woman behind the growth of Lourdes, let

Before we end today’s affair, let me remind everyone of the photo opp after the program
proper, that will be done per grade level together with the faculty and staff.
