First program CENTUM VP
The task
Program the logical multiplication circuit of two input signals (from terminals 1 and 2 of the discrete input
module in slot 3 of node 1), transfer the result to the output (terminal 1 of the discrete output module in slot 4
of node 1). Simulate HIS and FCS on one PC.
Decision
1 Open for editing the Control Drawing control circuit:
FCS0101> FUNCTION_BLOCK> DR0001
2 Add a link block with input 1:
Insert> Function Block> Link Block> PIO
3 Set the input address 1:% Z013101
4 Add a link block with input 2:
Insert> Function Block> Link Block> PIO
5 Set the input 2 address:% Z013102
6 Add a logical AND block:
Insert> Function Block> Logic operation Block> AND
7 Set the tag name for the logical multiplication block: AND_2

8 Add a link block with output 1:
Insert> Function Block> Link Block> PIO
9 Set the output address 1:% Z014101
10 We connect the communication unit with input 1 to the terminal Q01 of the AND block:
Insert> Wiring
11 We connect the communication unit with input 2 to the terminal Q02 of the AND block:
Insert> Wiring
12 We connect the output of the AND block with the communication block with the output.
13 When saving a control scheme, the program will be compiled.
14 Click on the HIS0164 and launch the virtual simulator of the operator’s station:
HIS> Virtual HIS
15 Click the FCS0101 and launch the virtual simulator of the control station runtime:
FCS> Test Function
16 Press the STOP button (black square):

17 Press the button EXECUTE (black triangle):
18 At the station, the operator panel of the "Overview" window open visualization Control Drawing View

19 Use the mouse to double click on the communication block with the first input% Z013101 - the front
panel (Faceplate) of this block opens:

20 Use the mouse to click the [ON] button on the front panel - the state of the first input is set to 1 (the
color of the arrow changes from green to red):
21 Mouse click twice on the communication block with the second input% Z013102 - the Faceplate of this
block opens.
22 Mouse click on the button [ON] - the state of the second input is set to 1.
1 x 1 = 1 - the result is assigned to the output% Z014101:
