Tingang Elite Company (TEC) is a local company offering the house cleaning
service. In order to help families who do not have sufficient time to take care of their
houses due to their busy schedule, Tingang Elite Company (TEC) presents PLK
House Cleaning Service. PLK House Cleaning Service provides hygienic janitor
works that are very much needed by busy householders, so the cleanliness and
tidiness of the houses can still be maintained. In addition, TEC provides job
opportunities for local people living in Palangka Raya to work as janitors (male) and
janitress (female), whereby their primary responsibility is doing the cleaning service
professionally. Thus, the high rate of unemployment will be minimized.

2. START-UP SUMMARY
PLK House Cleaning Service's start-up costs include equipment needed for a
home-based business (to be detailed below), initial legal fees, marketing fees,
cleaning equipment and supplies, uniforms, and signs for employee vehicles.
The home office equipment includes a computer system (with the following
minimum specifications: 500 mhz processor, 64 megabytes RAM, 6 gigabyte
hard drive, printer, and CD-RW). Also required for the office is an additional
land phone line, fax machine, pager, and cellular phone. A few pieces of
furniture will also be needed.
The legal fees are used for the formation of the business as well as
reviewing/generating employee and client contracts.
Marketing fees are for the production of business cards and brochures.
Cleaning equipment must also be purchased with one set of equipment per
employee. The major per employee expense is a commercial vacuum cleaner
(consumer models will not withstand continuous use) and assorted brooms,
mops, and chemicals (biodegradable).
Uniforms will be used to give off a professional image.
93% of startup costs will go to assets.

Startup costs will be financed through a combination of owner investment,
short-term loans, and long-term borrowing. The startup chart shows the
distribution of financing.
Marketing/advertising consultancy fees of IDR. 1.000.000,00 is for our
company logo and assistance in designing our grand-opening ads and
brochures.
Legal fees is for corporate organization filings.

We have one location—a 70 m² building— that is located conveniently close
to the downtown area. It includes a training area, service department, offices, and
showroom area.

carrying out every job. We would like to submit a Cooperation Offer Proposal
regarding to the work of Cleaning Services with the details of cleaning work as

• Seat Cleaning, Sofa, Carpet and Flooring (Ceramic, Marble, Panel, Wood).
• Wall cleaning, pillars / columns, ceilings and lamps.
• Windows cleaning, doors and sills.

B. Implementation Provisions
Basic Cleaning is executed every day for two shifts. It is drawn as follows:
1. Tiled floors are cleaned and mopped using suitable types of mops and
disinfectant / cleaner / deodorize material according to the type of floor.
2. Chairs, tables, walls and door / window frames are cleaned using special
materials.
3.The set of equipments that uses electric power, such as electronic machines,
telephones, computers, etc., is only cleaned in the area of the case or the
outside components only.
4.The cigarette ash, rubbish and paper or other dirt are disposed in the garbage
can / basket / bins that has been provided by the first party.
C. Daily Cleaning Maintenance
The attendance of janitors/ cleaning service workers is divided into
two shifts:
1. Morning Shift, at 07.00 AM to 12.00 PM.

2. Afternoon Shift, at 12.00 PM to 05.00 PM.
Mandatory for Cleaning Service
1. Maintaining the cleanliness of every part of customer’s house, including the
corridor which is always swept with the floor duster plus Cong-R-Duster to
keep it clean.
2. Maintaining the cleanliness of the toilet and cleaning the crusty toilet.
3. Responding quickly to give service when there are spills of drinks, ink, and
water (liquid) that defile or tarnish the house.
4. During the break time for office employees, the house cleaning service is still
being run.
5. Mopping the floor with special materials that is suitable for the type of floor.

special criteria for our potential employees. First, young local people
from middle to lower class have bigger chance to work under our

regular full-time jobs as office workers and janitors, and young people
