Objectives of the project

General objective
The general objective of this project is that to develop Issue Tracking (follow up daily activities
comes from branches) ...system for Ocssco branches

Specific objective
The specific objectives of the project are listed below:-

 The work becomes effective and efficient.


 It facilitates relevant information in short program.
 It creates network of connection. i.e. we can get Issues from the system easily.
 It reduce work of labor.
 It reduces delay of works etc

Scope of the project


The scope of the project is limited to circulate over the OCSSCO branches Issue tracking
system. The new improved system will consists of the following functionalities, like:

 Create distinct procedures based on their roles and permissions.


 Authenticate users at their Login.

 We have observed activities in the accessibility of information
 understanding Issue from attached listed issues to the systems.
Problems of the system
Now the system of ocssco is done through cell phone to overcome the problems. So these takes
more time for overcoming the issues. Another disadvantage is that solving the problems
takes more time.
