Short Story About The Weather

The passage describes the variable and unpredictable British weather experienced by the narrator during a walk. It began with a light drizzle requiring an umbrella. Heavy rain and wind made the umbrella useless and the person got soaked waiting for intermittent heavy downpours, spits of rain, and sun before being splashed by a puddle in the road.
