PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is intended to provide for the continuing education of administrators,
teachers and other specialists in the various phases for the in-depth study of education itself
and for the philosophy of organization, sociological, and psychological foundation of its
operations.

At the end of the program, the graduates are able to:

8. Course Description

This subject deals with the importance of statistics in the various sectors of the society and
basically in the lives of the people. It deals with the different types of statistics, scales of
measurement, types of variables, measures of central tendencies, measures of variation, validity
and reliability, hypothesis testing, parametric, and mom-parametric tests. This course requires
students to identify the appropriate statistical tools to research problems of varied nature by
writing a paper and critiquing a research article.

4. Analyze testing and course of instruction and administrative and supervisory functions
5. Explain administration and supervision of student services

1. Take and pass the midterm and final examinations with rating of at least 2.0
2. Take and pass at least 75% of the total number of quizzes and other performance

3. Articulate the basics of Administration and Supervision with a proficiency equivalent to

hours of the course.
