UNDERSIGNED COMPLAINANT accuses Amador Simundo and Ed


Ablay of Calauag, Naga City of the crime of Murder defined penalized
under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code as amended, committed as
follows:

That sometime last April 1, 2019 at Pili, Camarines Sur and within the
jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the above named accused, by means of
force, threat and intimidation willfully, unlawfully and feloniously had
carnal knowledge with undersigned by respondent PO1 Ronelo Bonifacio
against them.

Acts contrary to law.
