Qualities of the
Teacher
a. voice quality Her voice was loud and clear with a high tone which was audible from the very
last bench but one thing is that she speaks like native speakers which creat
monotonous.
b. ability to The way she started his class showed that she had a very good affiliation with her

c. personality She was very enthusiastic as well as friendly in nature but she presents herself
differently something like casual which is a obstacle to be a good teaches and it
looks odd..She taught the students with a very encouraging body movement.
Command over She had a good control over language. She made very little grammatical mistake.
language Otherwise her knowledge in english was good.
Fluency It was good that she spoke fluently though grammatical mistake. I did not see her
looking for continuous word stopping in the middle of the sentence.
Ability to explain In the way she explain the topic it seemed to me that she had a good knowledge
on the topic but somethig disorganized and she take more time to make the
students understood.
Suitability of The materia was enough suitable for the class. It was suitable for the tertiary level
materials for the students and the teaching of the materials were interesting for the level.

Presentation of The materials she provied in the class for the students which were very big
materials considering the class time. The passage was very big to find out the meaning
within this short time and alo answering the questions.
Ability to make The teacher was very much tactful and elucidate the teaching materials she was
students very positive about the students emotions and attitudes. She made pairs and make
interactive each students was involvedin S-S interactionsas well as T-S-T interaction.
Use Blackboard Only the whiteboard was used as the aids for teaching and I think it was quite ok
and other because it was a reading class. Enough handouts were provided for the students
teaching aids so it covered all the gaps.
Correction of She made correction whenever the students asked her in the class.

Teaching The teaching technique was interactive and of the styles of CLT because there

Negative aspects She talks much that’s why students get less time to answer the question. As a
of the class result practive time got come down. She also took more time than the given time.
