Grammar Explanation

Complaints with too, enough, too much and too many


Too shows that an adverb or adjective is excessive* I was too tired to do any work.
for a certain purpose.  too + adjective/adverb + to-infinitive
* (i.e., that there is more than a person would want I have too much work to do today.
