With reference to your kind business enquiry and based on the site inspection and review of Tender
drawings submitted by your team, we would like to submit our best competitive price as follows:
Scope of works:
All Mechanical works such as per the attached BOQ in full scope of Supply, and Installation.
Exclusions:
HVAC equipment such as FCU, Ecological Unit, AHU, FAHU, Exhaust fans and Fresh Air Supply fans
supply.
Any civil works such as cutting and opening of walls, Gypsum ceiling laying of concrete plinth and
scaffolding for the duct installation work
Air balancing work in the concerned floors
Any kind of approvals from the Ministry or any other Government body
Any variation of the work from the attached BOQ
Inclusions:
Safety equipment for the workers including PPE
Workmen insurance for the sub contractor’s team
Shop drawings for the proposed work based on the RFC drawings from the client

Payment terms:
10% Advance payment on signing the Sub contract agreement
80% Interim payment on full delivery of materials on the site
10% Final payment after completion and handing over of the work
Duration of the work:
Total duration of the full scope of work is 45 days from the date of signing the Agreement with Advance
payment.
