WEEKLY TIME REPORT

Week 1

June 17-21, 2019

No. of Hours: 40

On my first Day of training, I was very excited and somewhat nervous

because of the new environment and the new people surrounding me. I didn’t have
any idea of what kind of people they are and it made me adjust with their
personalities.

My training Supervisor accompanied me to my table where I will be staying

during my On-the-Job Training. During that moment. I felt that I was really an office
girl already having my own office chair and table. The first task that my Training
Supervisor asked me to do is to sort out their Individual Performance Commitment
and Review (IPCR) by year then arranged it according to the list of name. In
commission of Audit, their employee’s performances are being evaluated twice a
year – 1st semester and 2nd semester. I was told to arrange the 1st and 2nd semester
assessment of the employees of each year. This task was not that difficult for me but
the employees are too many that’s why it took me so long to finish sorting it.
Nevertheless, I had fun doing the things assigned to me for the past 5 days of my
On-the-Job Training.
Week 2
June 24-28, 2019

No. of Hours: 40

On the second week of my On-the-Job Training, my supervisor told me that

from this week I will be assigned to the National Government Sector (NGS). My new
supervisor then explained to me of what the NGS is and what they do in their office. I
learned that they will be the one to examine, audit and settle all accounts pertaining
to the revenue and receipts of and expenditures or uses of the funds and properties
of the government. There are 6 areas with different courts - Davao City (2 courts),
Davao Oriental (10 courts), Davao Occidental (2 courts), Davao del Sur (8 courts),
Davao del Norte (9 courts) and Compostela Valley (10 courts).

The first task that my new supervisor asked me to do was sort out the area of
Davao del Norte by courts. Then file and inventory the corresponding report of funds
of each courts. The filing and inventory of the funds are too many and it took me a
week to finish half of it. The other half was filed by my co-trainee. We divided it into
two so that we can finish it as fast as we can.
Week 3
July 1-5, 2019

No. of Hours: 39

On my third week of training, I was tasked to file and inventory the other area
which is the Davao del Sur. In this third week was a very heavy week but despite of
it, I really learned a lot not just academically but socially as well because I learned to
adjust myself to the people I am with and I learned to socialize with them in a good
manner. Though some of them are not so kind, I was still able to handle the situation
with them properly.
Week 4
July 8-12, 2019

No. of Hours: 40

On my fourth week of my On-the-Job Training, I’m still filing and inventorying

the different funds of every court but the area for this week is the Compostela Valley.
This week was not as heavy as the previous week because I’m already used to what
I do. I found myself enjoying the task assigned to me. I was beginning to meet
people of different position/level. I was inspired by their determination to finish their
work accordingly and I admire them for being professional in doing their work (If one
of the report is missing they immediately question the accountant why is the report is
not on the file). I was also starting to be comfortable with the people I work with as
well as in the workplace.
Week 5

July 15-19, 2019

No. of Hours: 40

In this week my supervisor and her companion are on a field job. I was asked
to just continue on filing and inventorying the reports of the different courts of the
areas of Davao Oriental and Occidental.

The only thing that I did for the whole week is to file and inventory the report
of funds of the different courts. But it was still a great week for me and I was really
satisfied with my accomplished for this week.
Week 6

July 22-26, 29, 2019

No. of Hours: 44

This is my last week of On-the-Job Training; the tasks that I did this week
were just the same as the previous week. But for this week the area I’m working is
the area of Davao city. The task for this week is too easy, we just need to inventory
the report of funds and there is no need to file the reports. It took us 1 day to finish
the area of Davao City. For the rest of the days, we are tasked to move the box of
every court that we file for the previous weeks to the first floor. Before we move the
boxes, we photocopied every first page of the files that we file. We arrange and
move the things that needed to be move. The office that looks like a storage room
before was now clean and more office like.

One of the employees celebrates her birthday in the office and this was held
on my last day of my OJT. There were many delicious foods and it was really fun.

I was happy because I will finally finish my training and I have met people who
taught me things. I’m very grateful because they are satisfied of what I have
accomplished during my training and they were very thankful for everything that I
have helped them with
