MANAGEMENT ASPECT

This aspect will provide a preview about the organization’s arrangement of the overall

activities and operations. The management aspect sets out clear and definite identification of

the duties and responsibilities, flow of authority and workforce level required for the job. This

includes the organizational chart, personnel matrix, policies and development needed for the

employees, the store supplies and equipment needed and personnel budget of the people

involved in the formation of Jojies Painitang Bol-anon at Panglao International Airport.

Administrative Personnel

The proposed Jojies Painitang Bol-anon at Panglao International Airport will be under

the operation and management of Jojies Painitang Bol-anon. It will have 5 administrative

employees with the operations done by a cashier and service crews. There will be a Store

Supervisor who oversee the operations of the business and make vital decisions regarding the

store management. He will make sure the policies will be implemented and observed by the

employees.

Recruitment and selection process

Jojies Painitang Bol-anon aims for a recruitment and selection process that is

fair, effective and equal in hiring great people. The process of recruitment and selection of

personnel will be based on their fitness and qualifications for the job. The business will accept
walk-in applicants through thorough screening. Screening includes background checks and

interviews.

The Jojies Painitang Bol-anon will be the proponent and so are in charge of searching

for applicants but most preferably Panglaonons. Job offerings are advertised through local
