A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF


LOWER KATINGAWAN, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO TO APPROVE THE WITHDRAWAL OF
FUNDS FOR THE ACTIVITY OF THE SANGUNIANG KABATAAN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00) INTENDED FOR THE MANDATORY LINGGO NG
KABATAAN 2019.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration of the eminent body is the dire need to request the
Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Katingawan, Midsayap, Cotabato to approved the withdrawal of funds
for this activity entitled the “LINGGO NG KABATAAN” with the total amount of Twenty Thousand
Pesos Only (Php 20,000.00);

WHEREAS, said amount of the Barangay will be intended for the following activities/purpose/s
to wit:

1. Linggo ng Kabataan Activity Prizes- P 12,000.00


2. Various food stuff P 7,000.00
3. Materials P 1,000.00

WHEREFORE, upon deliberation and discussion on this matter and motion by SK Kagawad
DENNIS C. ORTIZ, and duly seconded by SK Kagawad CRIS JOHN PAGADUAN; be it

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower


Katingawan, Midsayap, Cotabato to approve the withdrawal of funds amounting to TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (₱20,000.00).

RESOLVED FINALLY, as it is hereby finally resolved to forward copies of this resolution to the
Sangguniang Barangay Council of Lower Katingawan, Midsayap, Cotabato for appropriate action and
approval.
