Chemistry in Korea.
 It was first accreditated by ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering
Education in Korea) in 2001.
 It has three Korean Government-supported programs, including two centers
for undergraduate students (Green Energy Education and Research Center
and Regional Innovation Center) and a graduate program (BK21 Program).
 It has the nationally recognized Shimgang Distinguished Lecture series.
 It has fairly large size of faculty compared to the number of students (21 full-time
professors, 3 foreign professors, 13 adjunct professors , 5 post-docs, 605

Chemisty and one for Dept of Chemical Engineering) and Shanghai University
(School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering).
 International Symposium on Clean Technolgy invites professors from the sister
universities, such Shanghai University and Hochiminh City University of
Technology, to strengthen our relationship. So many professors from USA,
Germany, Japan, Russia, Austraia, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Korea have
