COMPLIANCE

The Petitioners by the undersigned counsel, and unto this


Honorable Court, most respectfully state and depose that:
1. The Petitioners received an Order dated 19 May 2017 on 31
May 2017;

2. The said Order required the Petitioners to furnish the


honorable Solicitor General with a copy of the Petition
Adoption filed before this honorable court within five (5) days
from receipt of the Order;

3. In compliance with the aforesaid Order, the undersigned


counsel served a copy of the Petition for Adoption to the
Office of the Solicitor General through registered mail on
June 5, 2017. The Original Registry Receipt dated June 5,
2017 is herein attached and marked as Annex “A”.

4. The undersigned counsel has Five (5) days to from receipt of


the Order or June 5, 2017 to furnish the Solicitor General with
a copy of the referred Petition. Hence, the timely filing of this
Compliance;

copies of the foregoing Manifestation were served upon the other party
by registered mail pursuant to Sections 3, 4, 5, 7,11,12 and 13, Rule 13
of the said rules.
