GIFT DEED
This Gift Deed is made at Islamabad, on this 17th day of November, 2019, between
Faisal Mahboob S/o Ghulam Mahboob, R/o House no. 115, street 38, G-8/2, Islamabad, bearing CNIC no. 61101-
2601687-5, hereinafter, referred to as the “Donor”, which expression shall mean and include his legal heirs, legal
representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, if any.
And
Usman Mahboob S/o Ghulam Mahboob, House no. 115, street 38, G-8/2, Islamabad, bearing CNIC no. 37704-
3123899-8, hereinafter referred to as the “Donee”, which expression shall mean and include his legal heirs, legal
representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, if any.
WHEREAS:
1. That Donor is the exclusive lawful owner of the residential property, located as, house no. 69, Akram
Boulevard, Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, as mentioned in the revenue records.
2. That Donor and Donee are related to each other as ‘Brothers’.
3. That out of natural love and affection, the Donor is desirous of conveying the above-mentioned residential
property, as a gift, to the Donee, without any monetary consideration, with his own free will and without
any coercion or compulsion.
4. That the Donee accepts the above-mentioned residential property, as a gift from the donor, without any
monetary consideration, with his own free will and without any coercion or compulsion.
5. That the possession of the above-mentioned property has already been given to the donee.
6. 4. The Donor confirms, represents and assures that the said residential property, is free from all claims,
liens, charges, prior gifts, mortgages, inheritance claims, disputes, adverse titles or encumbrances of
whatsoever nature.
7. That henceforth, the Donee shall be the exclusive lawful owner of the said residential property and shall be
entitled to receive all rights, entitlements and other benefits accruing thereon and shall be entitled to hold,
deal with, transfer, alienate, encumber, gift, pledge, sell or dispose of the same, as the exclusive lawful
owner thereof.
8. The applicable stamp duty, or the registration fee, if any, on this Deed shall be borne by the Donor.
NOW THIS GIFT DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:
1. In consideration of the natural love and affection, of the donor for the 2one, the donor hereby, transfers to the
done, the said property, the estimated value of which is Rs. 37/- (Thirty Seven Rupees only), to the done, to
hold the same, absolutely and forever.
2. The donee has accepted this Gift with his free will and without any monetary consideration, coercion or
compulsion, and has taken the physical possession of the above-said property.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the donor subscribes his signature and delivers in presence of the witnesses.
