Good morning everyone

On behalf of [college name], I deem it a great honour and privilege to extend a vote of thanks on
this occasion.

Let me, first of all start by giving glory to the Almighty for making today’s occasion a
resounding success.

“Gratitude can transform days into thanksgiving, turns routine jobs into joy and change ordinary
opportunity into blessings” I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Chief Guest XYZ,
for being kind enough to accept our invitation and despite her busy schedule has found time to
grace this occasion. Thankyou Ma’am

I kindly request our respected Chairman to present a memento to our Chief Guest as a token of
our gratitude and reverence.

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to our respected Chairman, ABC. It is your vision and
leadership that has brought everything possible on this campus. Thank you sir

I express my sincere thanks to our Principal. EFG, for her constatnt support, motivation and
guidance. Thank you ma’am

I feel proud and honour to spell out word of thanks and share my gratitude for the dignitaries
from various Alva’s institutions, Administrative Officer, Student welfare officers and all our
most valued guests for being a part of this event. It’s been really a great pleasure. Thank you.

An event like this cannot happen overnight. The wheels started rolling weeks ago. It requires
planning and a bird’s eye for details. We have been fortunate enough to be backed by a team of
dedicated colleagues. I sincerely thank each and every one for your efforts. Thank you all.

I specially thank our non-teaching staffs and all the people who have worked for the technical
arrangements, stage settings, media persons, caterers, photographers, sound and light engineers.
Thank you all.

With deep reverence and gratitude, I thank all the parents, who have constantly extended their
support to all the high prospect of our institution. Thank you dear parents.

Finally I thank all our dear students and appreciate their efforts for showcasing their remarkable
dedication and excitement in making this a great success. Thank you students.

Once again I express the aura of gratitude to each one of you for being with us in this occasion.
Let the day be an incredible one, with this I conclude. Thank you.
