1.
Install VPSX Print app from Company Portal (Laptop) or Software Centre (Desktop)
Confirm by run Appwiz.cpl and enter
2. After successful install do a restart
3. Open Internet Explorer Setting>Internet options
4. After opening Internet Options>click on Security tab > Select Local Intranet> then click on
Sites> Advanced >Add https://printers.upfieldbrands.com
5. Once is added https://printers.upfieldbrands.com it should appear on the Websites:
section below, click close>Ok on Local intranet window>then on Internet options click
apply(if highlighted) then click Ok.
6. When VPSX application is downloaded it should create 2 shortcuts on the home screen
Click on Printer Portal it should direct you to
https://printers.upfieldbrands.com/lrs/nlrswc2.exe/vpsx?trid=logonv&jtrid=vxplom
Steps to add and Printer queue
1) Open: printer portal shortcut on an internet browser. It should appear as below.
2) Add printer queue as shown below. Click on the (+) of required printer (check name and
location) > Select whether or not to add printer as default printer>Click Add printer
3) Ensure printers are added by searching for “Printers and scanners” check if the added
printer reflects there. Click on the printer name and click manage to troubleshoot and view
printer queue status
4) Finally do a test print on added printer from O365 document and check for printed
document.
