FORM FEE = Rs. 50/=
1. Front side of Photograph shall be attested / stamped. MANUAL ADMIT CARD = No Fee
2. Photocopy of CNIC of the candidate is required.
3. Regular candidate shall get their particulars and photograph verified / attested by the Principal of college concerned.
4. Private candidate shall get their particulars and photograph verified / attested by any Gazetted Officer (BPS-17 or above).
5. Original Signature & Stamp of the Principal / Authorized Officer is required, only stamp or signature of authorized officer
shall not be accepted.
Timings: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (Lunch & Prayer Break Monday to Thursday 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. & Friday 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.)
