However, for enhanced based station medium- ‘wave and shortwave reception, you may wish to connect an external antenna, as the supplied anionra is vory small and can not bo expected to provide high performance a theso froquencies. To instal the supplied antenna, hold the bottom fend ofthe antenna and screw it onto the mating Connector on the transceiver unt itis snug. D0 not eversighten by use of extreme force.
