2. The scope of work and technical specifications are contained in the Bidding
Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to
the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, DASURECO Main Office, Brgy. Cogon,
Digos City. Non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria will be used pursuant to Section 1
of Annex B of the IRR of RA 10531 and Article IX – Section 30 of the IRR of RA
9184. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
3. The Pre- Bid Conference shall be on February 13, 2020 at 10 o’clock in the
morning, DASURECO Seminar House, Main Office, Barangay Cogon, Digos City.
4. Bidding proper and Opening of Bids shall be on February 27, 2020 at 10 o’clock
in the morning, venue at DASURECO Seminar House, Main Office, Barangay Cogon,
Digos City.
5. Bidding Documents can be purchased at BAC Secretariat, CPD Building, DASURECO
Main Office, Cogon, Digos City from February 6, 2020 up to February 27, 2020. Only
those who have purchased the Bidding Documents for Lot 1 amounting to Ten
Thousand Pesos (Php10, 000.00) and Lot 2 amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos
(Php50, 000.00) non refundable shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid
conference and raise or submit written queries or clarification.
6. DASURECO reserves the right to accept and/or reject any Bid, to annul bidding
process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to the contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s.
