It generally describes the thing in detail using common generic structures like general classification to state what will be discussed and description to describe each part. Linguistic features commonly used include simple past and present tenses. For example, a report on mangoes may generally classify them as a popular tropical fruit, then describe the tree, leaves, taste, nutrients, shapes, colors, and uses through history.
