The Accused named above submits as follows:
1. That the accused has been summoned by this Hon’ble
Court to answer a charge under Section 138 of NI Act.
2. That the accused has not committed any offence and
she has pleaded not guilty to the charge leveled against
her.
3. That the accused has already offered sufficient surety
for her appearance before court and for her abiding by
any conditions that may be required to be fulfilled in
this case.
4. That the accused is a married woman having an infant
baby of one and half year old and she is the only
person who can take care of the infant baby.
5. That the accused is a permanent resident of
Ramanagara District and she has to travel 100 Kms
round in order to reach this court and she is not in
apposition to come on all dates of hearing to attend the
court at Bengaluru.
6. The accused authorizes her advocates Sri.
HARIPRASAD.M.B, KISHOR.R, MAHADEVA.D,
MAHESHA T.S, Law offices of Hariprasad & Kishor,
Bengaluru, to appear for her and to conduct the
defence on her behalf. Further the accused undertakes
to be present before the court as and when directed by
this Hon’ble court to do so.
7. It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble court may be
pleased to dispense with the personal attendance of the
accused and permit her to appear by pleader in the
interest of justice and equity.

his old aged parents suffering from several ailments.

round in order to reach this court and he is not in
position to secure leave on all dates of hearing to
attend the court at Bengaluru.
6. The accused authorizes his advocates Sri.
