● Educated students with hearing losses ranging from mild to profound with a variety of language preferences
● Initiated cleaning and troubleshooting hearing aids, cochlear implants, and Assistive Listening Devices
● Worked as a part of an IEP team to develop and implement IEPs that met individual student’s needs
● Assessed IEP goals on a biweekly basis and implemented instructional changes based upon the data
● Collaborated with colleagues in a professional learning community to make data driven decisions about
instruction
