The proposed site is8.5 km away from the city cen-
tre.The site is located at hebbal.It has an area
of 2.08 acres.A service road of 5 M and a ring
riad of 30M width are present along the east direc-
tion to he site.

This dwelling is more than 100 years old and is occu-
pied by Tirumal deva raya and his family.
This dwelling was originally used as an administrative
centre.The structure was considerably altered during
1960’s so that unlike other palaces the rooms have
little symmetry.
In the past,after entering hrough the main gate visi-
tors would have proceeded to the public office in the
west.The secretary and cashier worked here,the state re-
cord,archieves and stationary were kept in a store room
at the back.
