The Sadhana has to be commenced on a Tuesday by preparing the Yantra on a piece of paper with any
kind of ink. This has to be done 5001 times; in a span of a few days. When you have finished making
5001 Yantras then they have to be collectively worshiped by doing a Panchopachara Puja.
Panchopachara Puja.is a simple form of worship in which the object of worship is offered Gandha
[vermillion or sandalwood paste], flowers, incense, Diya [oil lamp] and Prasad. This done the Yantras
have then to be immersed on by one is a flowing water body like a river.
Charm for Money
Then on the day of any Solar or Lunar Eclipse or on the day of Laxmi Pujan during Diwali the Yantra has
to be prepared on a Bhojpatra; written with Ashtagandha paste. This done the Yantra has to be stitched
in a red colored piece of cloth and put in a Silver Locket and worn as a Charm around the neck.
I know that this is a lengthy Sadhana; takes time and effort; but no reward without hard work.

Hi Sam Jones, U can make as many yantrs on 1 page. May u can make 15 or more yantrs
on 1 page depends how big is your pages r and u dont have to make yantras really big,
about inch and half square per yantra is perfect. After u have completed 5001 yantrs than
u just spread all the papers and do pooja. Remember that making yantra on bhojpatra with

Bamboo Symbolism
Zhu: Bamboo
Many people give this kind of plant for housewarming gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, grand
openings, award, achievements and other auspicious occasions. Receiving this plant as a gift
increases your luck. Choose an elaborate woven lattice design or an arrangement of individual
stalks tied together with red ribbon.
You may have seen photos or an actual lucky bamboo plant that is curled, wavy or has several
stalks woven together. It grows like other bamboo and appears to be a straight stick plant. The
growth of this plant is carefully controlled in order to make it curl. Growers place the stalks on a
flat table in a greenhouse. Three sides of the stalk receive no light while one side is exposed to
bright light so it grows in that direction. To achieve the curl or wave, the stalk is manipulated and
rotated. Curling the stalk can take up to a year or a year and a half to achieve.

In feng shui applications, the use of butterflies is in many ways similar to the feng shui use of birds
symbol. Both birds and butterflies are flying free, which speaks to the deep human longing for a joyful
and free life close to heavens/sky.
The most common feng shui use of the butterfly symbol is as a feng shui cure for love and romance,
probably because love is the most transformative feeling that makes you feel like flying.
The additional element of using the feng shui symbol of butterflies as a love feng shui cure is the
element of freedom to choose among a number of suitors. Butterfly symbol is one of the best feng shui
love cures for single people (when used in the Love and Marriage area of the Bagua)
Of course, once you have found a suitable love partner and a ready to settle in, a better feng shui love
cure would be one that speaks of lifelong commitment and devotion. Explore the feng shui symbology of
birds to help you find the best feng shui love and marriage cure.
However, this is not to say that butterflies are only used as a feng shui love remedy for single people,
not at all!
Another excellent feng shui use of the symbol of butterflies is in the Creativity and Children area of the
Bagua; this will help energize the free flow of creative energy in your life.
You can also use the image of butterflies as a temporary feng shui cure for any area of your life that
needs transformation. If you are currently experiencing difficulties in specific areas of your life, you can
bring the energy of butterflies into the corresponding Bagua areas of your home or bedroom.
As butterflies know how to gracefully go through transformational stages in order to become the beauty
they are, you will be guided to do the same with ease and grace in your life.
Be it with colorful art, photos, fabric, wallpaper, garden decor and more - there are many creative ways
to incorporate the healing energy of butterflies into your home decor.

In traditional feng shui applications, birds are considered symbols of new opportunities. Birds
can also symbolize love and commitment (as in the case of Mandarin Ducks), or abundance and
good luck (as in the case of the Peacock).

Bird symbols, just like flower symbols, have an intrinsic universal energy that does not need translation.
Humans looked at birds since times immemorial for the feeling of inspiration, freedom, and a longing for
being united with the divine. The ability to fly and soar high up in the sky is closely associated in feng
shui with the ability to be near heavens, as well as the ability to serve as messengers from heavens.
Bird songs are truly inspiring in their beauty and complexity, which adds the primal power of the sound
to the feng shui symbol of birds.
Of course, each bird has its own distinctive qualities; a peacock is very different from the dove, for
example, or the magpie.
When choosing images of birds as a feng shui cure, first and foremost be guided by your own instincts,
or your own understanding of the energy of the bird you feel attracted to.
In traditional feng shui applications, birds are considered powerful symbols of new opportunities that
are there for you even in times of adversity. Birds can also symbolize love and commitment (as in the
case of Mandarin ducks), or abundance and good luck (as in the case of the peacock).
Feng shui-wise, attention is often paid to colors, numbers, as well as the symbolism of specific birds.
Below is the description of the most popular bird symbols as used in feng shui applications.
Phoenix. The mythical Phoenix is the most famous bird in feng shui, and it is often paired with
the Dragon as a feng shui symbol of marital happiness. On its own, the Phoenix has Yang energy,
when paired with the Dragon it symbolizes Yin, or female energies. The Phoenix symbolizes the
energy of great strength, resilience and transformation, as it is able to raise form its own ashes
to reach greater heights.
The feng shui element associated with the Phoenix is Fire and the feng shui Bagua area is South.
In the Traditional/landscape feng shui schools Phoenix is the Celestial Animal guarding the
entrance, or the front of the house, as exemplary feng shui houses in China were the ones facing
South.
Cranes. The Crane comes next after the Phoenix in its popularity in feng shui applications. You
can often see images of cranes in feng shui home embroidered items, pieces of clothing, decor
items or art. The Crane came to symbolize longevity because of its long lifespan. In ancient
Chinese legends, the Cranes carry the spirits of the departed to the heavens. Thus, the symbol of
cranes is used in feng shui to bring the energy of a long, noble and peaceful life that will
eventually lead the human soul to heavens.
Mandarin Ducks. These famous ducks are the "love birds" of feng shui, as they are the most
popular traditional feng shui cure for love & romance. Because they mate for life, the Mandarin
ducks came to symbolize devotion, fidelity and lifelong affection in the matters of the heart.
Mandarin ducks are always used in pairs and placed in the Love & Marriage area of the Bagua of
one's home or bedroom.
Peacock. Stunning in its beauty, the Peacock is considered the manifestation of the celestial
Phoenix on earth. Its mesmerizing colors and the "thousand eyes" look on its tail is considered
to promote fame luck in feng shui, as well as enhance one's protection and awareness. Of
course, such a stunningly beautiful bird as peacock will also symbolize beauty and the feelings of
love and attraction, thus the image of peacock or the peacock feathers are often recommended
in feng shui as a love cure for single people to help attract the desired mate.
Rooster. The Rooster is often used in feng shui for career advancement purposes, because the
same Chinese word used for the official is also used for the Rooster's chest. No matter which
culture you come from, though, if you watch Roosters you will notice that they tend to be quite
bossy, don't they? For career advancement purposes the image of the Rooster is best placed in
one's lucky feng shui direction. The Rooster wakes up very early and announces the dawn of a
new day/the dispersing of darkness and dark spirits, so the Rooster also came to symbolize the
ability to ward off evil spirits.
Magpie. In feng shui, the magpie is associated with joy, celebration and happiness. It also
symbolizes the tendency for nesting, so the image of a magpie is a traditional feng shui cure
recommended for those who want to settle down and "nest". Magpies are also associated with
marriage, children and happy households.
In ancient China, the arrival of magpies was regarded as an auspicious omen of new
opportunities, be it a new job or a new love. The symbol of magpie is often used as a traditional
feng shui cure to help remove, or alleviate one's obstacles in career or love life.
Doves. Peace is the universal energy of doves, no matter which culture one comes from. In feng
shui, doves are also sometimes used as a love cure to promote a long and peaceful marriage.
One of the Chinese legends affirms that doves were highly favored at the Emperor’s court
because of the calming effect of their cooing.
Be it in a photo, a painting or a small sculpture placed in your living room, the energy of birds will bring
lightness, inspiration and good luck to your hom

Question: Why Are the Dragon & Phoenix Used for A Harmonious Marriage?
I was told by a feng shui consultant to use the dragon & phoenix to make my marriage happy and
harmonious. Why do I have to use the dragon & phoenix and how can they actually help my marriage?
Thank you.
Answer: The dragon & phoenix pair is a classical feng shui cure for keeping (or attracting) the energy of
harmonious communication in a marriage. So, the feng shui consultant gave you a good suggestion.
However, is the dragon & phoenix couple the only feng shui cure for love and marriage? Certainly not.
Before we explore the variety of feng shui love cures, let's first look into the meaning and the energy
brought into your home by the dragon & phoenix couple.
The energy of the dragon is considered very powerful in traditional feng shui, and almost all classical
feng shui applications (especially office and business feng shui) involve decorating with the dragon
symbol in one way or another.
The dragon is the most powerful and majestic creature in Chinese folklore, thus much revered by the
followers of classical, or traditional feng shui schools. Power, indisputable authority and fearsome
majesty are mostly masculine (yang) qualities, and the dragon is the true Yang part of the Yin-Yang
energy of the dragon and phoenix couple.
Please note that dragon energy associations are not the same in other cultures, so you have to be
mindful of your own conscious (or unconscious) impressions about the dragon energy in order to decide
if this is the best cure for you and your home.
The symbol of the phoenix, on the other hand, seems to evoke the same energy across a multitude of
cultures, with always the same meaning - the power of rebirth and deep transformation. The phoenix is
the queen of all bird symbols in feng shui, the most revered one. In Chinese folklore, the mythical
phoenix is also attributed the qualities of beauty, inspiration and genuine grace (feminine, yin qualities),
so the phoenix is the perfect Yin counterpart to the Yang energy of the dragon.
Because a harmonious marriage is a balanced partnership were both husband and wife can fully express
their unique energies, the yin yang energy of the dragon & phoenix couple came to be a feng shui
symbol of good luck and harmony in marriage. In most representations, the dragon & the phoenix form
a dance, or a circle of two energies that resembles the yin yang symbol.
Historically, there are many specific elements that add to the power and the good luck associations of
the dragon & phoenix symbol in Chinese culture. This couple is the most powerful motif in all Chinese
imperial designs, and is still one of the most popular elements in Chinese clothing, jewelry and many
home decor accessories.
As both the dragon & the phoenix are mythical creatures, they can be represented in slightly different
ways, depending on artists' vision, as well as specific associations. For the feng shui use, one can choose
a sculpture of the pair or a painting/illustration.
The best way to place the dragon & phoenix as a feng shui love cure is in the Love & Marriage area of
the home bagua (the Southwest area if you follow the classical feng shui school).
You can also choose to display the pair in your lucky direction for love (which is calculated based on your
date of birth). Two other popular classical Chinese feng shui love cures - after the Dragon & Phoenix
couple - are the Double Happiness sign and the Mandarin Ducks.
No matter which feng shui love cure you choose for your home, be sure its energy truly represents to
you the idea of a happy, harmonious marriage. Do not choose a feng shui cure because you were told to,
but only because you truly want to

The feng shui energy of fruits is the energy of fruition. The use of specific fruits in traditional feng shui
applications is often dictated by classifications from ancient texts as being specific symbols of longevity,
wealth, prosperity, fertility, etc.
When choosing images of fruits as a feng shui cure, first and foremost be guided by your own instincts,
or your own understanding of the energy of the fruit, as well as its possible medicinal remedies.
Feng shui-wise, attention is often paid to the colors, numbers, as well as the symbolism of specific fruits.
Below is the description of the most popular fruit symbols as used in feng shui applications.
Peach. One of the most popular feng shui fruit symbols, peach is the symbol of immortality. The
peach is also known in feng shui as the fruit of heaven because of its prominence in many
ancient Chinese legends about the Immortal gods. Peach came to be associated with wealth,
health, abundance and longevity. The peach is also known as a feng shui symbol of love and
marriage. In China, "love luck" is often referred to as "peach blossoms luck".
Pomegranate. Because the pomegranate is full of juicy seeds, it symbolizes fertility in feng shui
and it is used as a feng shui fertility cure. Pomegranate also symbolizes happiness in the family,
as well as good luck for one's descendants. Feng shui consultants often advise newlywed
couples in China to display art with pomegranates to attract good luck and many healthy
children.
Grapes. In feng shui, grapes symbolize abundance of food, thus abundance of material wealth.
Grapes came to represent success and abundance coming to one in the near future, or always
being in one's family, thus it is common to see displays of grapes in Chinese homes. Sometimes
grapes are also used as a feng shui symbol, or cure for fertility, as well as a cure for turning bad
luck into good luck.
Apple. Apple has always been associated with peace, good health and harmony in one's home.
One of the reasons is the fact that in Chinese language the word for "apple" sounds like the
word for "peace". Color-wise, red apples are considered to be very auspicious, although or
course green and golden/yellow apples are also widely used according to their color properties.
Pineapple. The sound of the Chinese word for pineapple is close to the sound of “good luck
coming your way”, so the pineapple has become a popular traditional feng shui symbol of
wealth, fortune and prosperity.
Oranges. The popularity of oranges in the traditional feng shui applications is explained by the
refreshing/cleansing odor, as well as the yang quality of the orange color. As a feng shui cure it is
often recommended to have 9 oranges in one's living room or kitchen for good luck and
prosperity. It is believed that citrus fruits can ward off bad luck, thus oranges, along with
tangerines and limes are often used in traditional feng shui applications.
It is best to use/display fresh fruits for their specific energies. However, traditional feng shui schools
have developed a variety of products and cures that incorporate the symbolism of fruits - from fruit
shaped crystals to various amulets with the representation of specific fruits.

For example, the three-legged frog is considered to be a symbol of good fortune in both Chinese
and Japanese culture, however, in early Christian references the frog was seen as an unclean
animal and sometimes a symbol of the Devil. As you can see, some symbols do not have a
universal meaning. If you resonate with Chinese culture, then by all means use the feng shui
symbol of the frog to attract abundance. However, if you grew up in a different culture, it makes
more sense to choose symbols of abundance that you are familiar with and that make sense to
you.
Symbols work because they resonate with certain energy and they connect with your
subconscious mind. Symbols that have a personal significance for you are the most
powerful.
Working on a symbolic level is very effective for two reasons. One, symbols resonate with
certain energy. When you place symbols in your home you bring that specific energy into your
home. For instance, the circle is seen in many cultures as a symbol of unity, enlightenment, and
perfection. When you bring images of a circle into your home, you are bringing in the specific
energy of the circle.
Word of Advice
Symbols affect your personal energy. They touch you on an emotional level, shape your beliefs,
and ultimately shape your behavior and your life. Symbols serve as an enduring physical
affirmation—a reminder of a universal truth that only your deepest subconscious can
comprehend.
The second and probably the most important reason symbols are effective is that symbols have a
connection with your subconscious mind. Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements,
writes that symbols have meaning because we give them meaning. Every symbol that has
personal significance has power because we believe in its meaning without a doubt.
The most important thing to keep in mind when using feng shui symbols is that you do not have
to apply traditional feng shui symbols for it to work. Rather, you should choose symbols that
resonate with you and that make sense. That is good feng shui.

Character
These sporty people, who love travel and movement, are sociable, good-looking, healthy, extrovert,
energetic and smart. The key word for these people is, style: they have loads of it. Horse people are
active and energetic. They got plenty of sex appeal and know how to dress. Horses love to be in the
crowd, maybe that is why they can usually be seen in such occasions like concerts, theaters,
meetings, sporting occasions, and of course, parties. The horse is very quick-witted and is right in
there with you before you have had the chance to finish what you are saying: he's on to the thought
in your mind even before you've expressed it. In general, the Horse is gifted. But in truth he is really
more cunning than intelligent - and he knows that. That is probably why; most of the horse people
lack confidence.
Young horses are difficult to tame, as they feel obliged to express themselves in their own way at
every opportunity. Most horses are, irrespective of age, easily distracted and lacking in focus at
times, and become easily bored.
Horses often feel they are right on every issue, and will fight tooth and nail before giving up their
freedom. In China, female horses are said to become bossy wives. Chinese believe that because
horses are born to race or travel, all Horse people invariably leave home young. The Horse despises
being pressured to act for the good of the group or made to feel guilty. No matter how integrated
he seems to be, a Horse's inner self remains powerfully rebellious. Although they have boundless
energy and ambition, Horses have a hard time belonging.
The Horse is a worker, adepts at handling money and a good financier. But unfortunately, he is also
famous for suddenly losing interest on something. In his relationship with opposite sex, the Horse is
weak. He will give up everything for love. Being born a Horse, there are many contradictions in his
character. Horses are proud yet sweet natured, arrogant yet oddly modest in their approach to love,
envious but tolerant, conceited yet humble.
Horses seem to know what is going to be said before the other person opens their mouth. They will
often sum up what you intend to say a whole lot better than you would have done. Horse people
are good at putting together a brilliant party, with a wide variety of different people, different foods
and drinks, and a good cross section of music. They get bored with things being the same all the
time, and go out of their way to create variety.

possess gift of speech and quick action, the people ruled by the Fire element will try to
dominate others with their originality and clever thinking. They could do well to be
sympathetic to the views of others before taking action. The more Fire people try to
achieve their goals by force, the more they will encounter obstacles. People of this
element must keep a check on their emotions. Their ambitions and forcefulness may
make them selfish and make them inconsiderate and impatient when they do not get
what they want. It would be good for Fire persons to cultivate patience and compassion
to curb their impulsive tendencies.

General behavior:
Aquarians in general come in two different types: shy, and lively. Both are strong-willed and honest.
Your thoughts are orderly and you plan your life in a systematic manner. Sometimes you are aggressive
and loud. You are unprejudiced and can see other's points of views. You are serious, but you can also be
funny with a dry sense of humor. You are also logical and intelligent. There are times when you feel the
need to withdraw from people and be alone for a while, which causes some people to think that you are
a loner. But, while you are alone, you enjoy meditating and prayer. Aquarians are usually gifted in
drama. You are very independent and rarely go along with the crowd. Some Aquarians are extremely
egotistical, as a result will drive friends away.
Romantic behavior:
You are romantic and idealistic and tend to put your beloved on a pedestal. However, if things don't go
as planned the consequent disillusionment gives rise to much unhappiness. You are usually faithful and
loyal, but occasionally you behave quite opposite. When the opposite sex is concerned, you must learn
to keep a low key. Over-activity or misplaced trust can lead to a trouble. You are advised to go slow
when you are not sure; it is better than regretting the consequences at leisure.

INTRODUCTION
The essence of body is energy. Crystals function as transformers and amplifiers of various energies into
biological energies that rebalance and re-energize or biological system on the cellular level, as well as
our emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
All of us have come a long way since the ancient times and have seen many changes in this world. In
order to cope up with the changing circumstances, we have had to open our minds to new ideas. One
new idea was the discovery of crystals and crystal tools. We can use them to tune ourselves to a higher
level. In our section of crystals, we are going to offer you some exercises, techniques, and crystal tools
that have helped many towards their growth. We are sharing these wonderful secrets with you for your
exciting, wonderful and exciting journey into the future world.
………………
Programming crystal
and hold thought forms. When this is done consciously, it is called programming. The term
"Programming" is used because this process is similar to computer programming. Information or
commands are stored in the molecular structure of the quartz crystal as magnetic charged data.
Thoughts are energy, and they are magnetic in form. All data in programmed crystals are stored as
thought forms. Thought forms are pictures and/or other sensory data, powered or intensified by
emotion. The Brow (between both the eyes) method is an effective way of programming a crystal.
First, determine the purpose of the program. Then think of the end result you would have if the program
worked. Place the crystal against your brow. The direction the crystal is pointing does not matter. Close
your eyes and go inside your crystal. Picture the end result happening inside your crystal. Create it with
as many of your senses as you can. See it, smell it, touch it, hear it, taste it, make it real. When it feels
real; come out of your crystal and open your eyes.
Clear the client's crystals by holding them in each hand and repeating the Light Invocation three times. "I
invoke the Light of the God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my guide." Every ailment
carries within it negative emotions. Do you know many people who are ill and are happy about it? When
balancing occurs, the negative emotions are purged from the body and often become embedded in the
client's crystals. Repeating the Light Invocation can neutralize all negative emotions in an object three
times. These suggestions are important whether you are a professional or a concerned individual who
simply wants to help others. When you become more experienced, you will use crystals for many
purposes. For example, clusters, which are multiple crystals together in one piece, are excellent for
creating a change in your immediate environment. You can use sets of crystals to create powerful grid
fields to charge water, food, clothing, and to change the energy field of an entire room. The variety of
uses for crystals can expand in direct proportion to your knowledge
……………………………………………………
Clearing is the process of changing negative emotions to positive emotions. Anyone who holds a crystal
and is having bad feelings, negative emotions, may imprint those emotions into the crystal. The most
effective method for clearing a crystal is to hold or touch it with your hand. Repeat the following light
invocation three times.
" I invoke the Light of the God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my guide."
By the time, you have completed the third repetition; the negative emotion will be gone. Test this for
your self, and ask a friend or an associate to help you. Measure his or her energy field using a dowsing
rod, (see our section of Tools used in Research/Research Methods) and just note down your results.
Hand your friend a crystal and measure the energy field. Write down your results. Hold the crystal to
your forehead and recall a time you felt angry. Hand back the crystal to your friend, and measure the
energy field again. Negative emotions cause a reduction in the measurable field; you know the crystal
you gave to your friend holds negative emotions. Now tell your friend to repeat the light invocation and
again measure the energy field. If the measurement increases after the light invocation beyond the
original measurement, two things are possible. First the light invocation does, indeed clear out the
negative emotions. Second, the light invocation also increases the overall energy field.
Cleansing is a process of reducing the negative emotional energy level to the crystal to the point where
the emotional energy can no longer affect you. Salt is the recommended method. Bury the crystal in
either dry salt or submerged in a saline solution of ½ cup sea salt to one gallon of water for at least one
day.
Grounding returns you to your connection to Mother Earth. Too much energy input, whether it is
environmental or emotional, can cause you to separate from your body. You might experience a feeling
of disorientation, confusion, and separation. Ground yourself by closely in tune with your crystal. Here
are a couple of effective ways to ground.
1. Technique No.1: Stand in an area large enough to extend your arms out from your side without
touching anything. With your arms by your side, take a deep breath and raise your arms into a
horizontal position at the shoulder, palms down. As you breathe in, imagine you are drawing in the
earth energies through you palms, feel a tingling sensation. Hold your arm position and your breath for a
moment and then release your breath with an explosive "hah", while pushing your palms down towards
the ground, imagine you are firing your energy into the earth. Do this two or three time and notice how
much more you feel connected to your body.
2. Technique No.2: Sit in a comfortable position. Imagine you are a tree, a lively redwood, a majestic
oak, or any other tree you like. Send roots down through your feet to the center of the earth. Attach
your roots deeply and draw the earth energy up through your roots, your feet, ankles, thighs, hips,
lower body, middle of the body, upper chest, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, face, and up through the top
of your head as a rainbow spray of light and color. The rainbow colors flow down the body and a re
drawn back up through the bottom of the feet and then up through the body in a continuous cycle.

Mayan Astrology
You have a tendency to constantly promote yourself, a trait often perceived by others as
attractive or even charismatic; still, you do much of this unconsciously. You may simply be
insecure, and will compensate by wanting the world to acknowledge your worth. You are
capable of working with details, but you excel at generalities, and this is often what leadership
requires.
……………………
Your Birthday:
Yes
No
The Mayan calendar has 20 signs and they follow each other, changing on a daily basis. Your
birthday falls on one of the days of the 20 day cycle and this is called the Day sign. The Day sign
shows your typical attributes. The core of your character begins to shape when you reach puberty
around 12-13 years of age. Your life evolves around what your Day sign offers to you.
Your higher self chooses your sign before you are born in to this world. You take into consideration
your needs for evolving and growing spiritually. Your “Day Sign” provides you with your life
mission that includes your strong and weak aspects. You forget all of this information the minute
you are born, however. This sign guides you and reminds you of your spiritual essence and personal
mission to help you evolve.

Tone 3 represents movement and communication. You are very successful in expressing yourself.
Besides your birth day, it is important to know which Mayan week you were born into. Unlike the
normal week structure we have, the Mayans have the Trecana weeks that are different. The
Trecana has 13 days and each day is ruled by one of the 20 signs. The Trecana Sign you were born
in gives you integral information about who you are.
Your Day Sign is 75% and your Trecana Sign is 25% effective. If we compare the personality to a
picture, the Day Sign will describe what is in the foreground, which is your face. The Trecana Sign
describes what is on the background of the picture and this tells us about your personality.
Muluc / Water
Your soft natured, humble, emotional and hardworking characteristics make you noticeable. You
are a dynamic, intelligent and excellent communicator and these features make you effective in
leadership positions. You certainly are not an average person. You are a risk taker and have a
strong imagination. Your artistic, visionary and creative skills are worth noticing. You are able to
find your balance like the water finds its way.[...]
Water is used for purification in Mayan rituals. These rites are made to unite collective power and
bring harmony. You are well known in your community for your sacrifice and devotion to bring
peace, purification and harmony. Sometimes fulfilling this difficult task may seem like one is
condemned to an unfortunate destiny. This is because you may take other peoples' negativity upon
you. If you do, depression, serious health issues, various problems, pessimism and setbacks can
occur in your life. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. If you are willing to face your
challenges and overcome them, a successful life awaits you. As you clear your Karma, life will take
a turn towards the better. Your sense of gratitude and will to surrender will be your savior and it
will guide you to continue your life as a wise person.[...]
If we consider Water as the subconscious, we can say that you have deep emotional currents and
issues that are not yet resolved. [...]
In addition to being very emotional and fragile, you have artistic talents. [...]
You like to have passionate and intense relationships [...]
The essence of this sign is gratitude, giving back, donating and giving offerings. [...]
Your Day Sign, Galactic Tone and Trecana Sign are the core elements of your Core Sign. Besides
your Core Sign, there are also the four signs located in four directions.
According to the Mayans, there is a direct relationship between human beings and the universe.
They believe that in the source of the universe, there is a living tree expanding into four directions.
This tree is in the universal dimension and is duplicated on the human level as well. This means that
we all have a four-directional tree of life, giving us four more signs in the four different directions:
The Female sign, the Male sign, the Past Sign and the Destiny Sign. We discover which signs you
have at each direction by using your birth date.
We all have many aspects to ourselves. Due to the differences between the signs of your four
directions, there can be some tension and contradictions in your life. The Mayan astrology is an
important benefit because it allows you to know your different directions and help you to balance
them in unity. Do not focus or get stuck only on the contrasts, try to see how these signs complement
each other to your benefit.
The Past Sign and the Destiny Sign are signs that help you with your spiritual growth. Your
childhood has been under the influence of the Past Sign till 12 to 13 years of age. After that you go
under the influence of the Day Sign. However, the Past Sign is still a force that supports you. This is
a familiar way of being and you trust it. The more you understand this sign and cooperate with it,
the more it will support you. But, if you reject it and refuse to understand it, the darker side may
come forward and this situation can block you or hold you back from growing spiritually.
From the age of 40, you would be under the effect of the Destiny Sign. In this way, you are given a
new mission in your life. However, you may feel the effect at an earlier age. The Destiny Sign is like
a guide standing in front of you, showing the way to your spiritual evolution. You are not very
familiar with this direction but as time passes by, it will reveal itself more and more to you. The
better you understand this sign, the better it will guide you. Thus you will understand your destiny
and you will realize it.
Akbal / Night
You have a benevolent, charming and respected character. You like to start everyday with new
hopes. Be aware of innovations and opportunities brought by each new dawn. You are a glimmer of
hope for yourself and other people. You get along well with young people and children, and that
makes you stay young forever.[...]
You have a flexible and strong mind. Home life and family is very important in your life. You enjoy
following the development in new technologies and you can be considered an expert in history. You
like living on the edge; at times it may seem that there is no development in your life, but then
suddenly everything happens. You tend to dominate situations. You choose to dress in a way that
projects your inner strength. Your energy and physical appearance makes you very attractive. [...]
The Mayans call you the “bringer of dawn” or “a dreamer that brings the new sun by clearing the
path of life”. Your life purpose is to find the light in the darkness and share it with humanity. [...]
According to the Mayan legend, the Heroic Gemini goes on a journey to search for enlightenment.
[...]
You are a charming and passionate lover [...]
You always carry the wisdom of the "Feminine" (Yin) and "Masculine" (Yang) energies in all levels
of your life. [...]
Sign of Destiny
Cauac / Storm
You are lively, talkative, friendly and you have an active mind. You are constantly vigorous and you
exist to experience ecstasy. You love to learn and you are an excellent teacher. Because you are
always seeking new experiences you may come across internal and external difficulties. You take
action then think. For example you jump in the water without knowing how to swim and you try to
learn swimming while in the water. During these experiences you may get a few wounds. However,
these challenges are life lessons and you wish to enrich your life by taking the risks.[...]
Because you carry such youthful energy, you never age. On the surface, the Storm energy shows
power, strength, youth and curiosity. In fact, you have a deeper side and show interest in religion,
spirituality and philosophy.[...]
You are highly sensitive and compassionate which causes you to feel a great desire to serve the
world.[...]
You are important for your community, and your community is important for you. [...]
You are a good son or daughter and a parent. [...]
You bring humanity the abundance and gifts of the rain. [...]
Inside every human being there is a male and a female dimension. According to Taoism, they are
defined as Yin and Yang. You should see these two as a support to your Core Sign. The Female Sign
is your introvert side; Yin, is your passive side that does not come to the surface very often. It
becomes apparent during intimate relationships and family life at home. The Male Sign, Yang, is
your outgoing and active side. It becomes apparent during your professional relationships and those
involving power struggles. It is the side you show to the world. It also affects your career life.
The Male and Female signs are like a married couple within you. If this couple fights a lot, your
being will be in much conflict; but if this couple gets along well, there will be peace and success for
you. Therefore, it is important to see how these two signs complete each others' contradictions and
missing parts, eventually forming a unity.
Caban / Earth
You are intellectual, intelligent and have strong analytical skills with a mind that is bright and filled
with ideas. You like to be a student and you look at life like a scientist. Your views are generally
liberal, progressive and sometimes radical. It seems like you live in the future with your thoughts.
The energy you carry can bring the world to the next level during the spiritual transformation. You
like to be a pioneer for change! Your mission in this life time is to carry humanities' consciousness
to the future with your progressive thoughts. If the community and people around you do not
understand your thoughts, ideas and mentality, you create tremors from frustration. Another name
for this sign is Earthquake. The Earthquake people in these situations create thought tremors and
shake the world to make way for new mentalities. When you lose your balance, you can exhibit
extreme emotions or “emotional earthquakes” so to speak.[...]
You need to calm down to avoid the harmful earthquakes by balancing your excessive mental
activity. To create balance and calmness with your spirit, body and mind, you can do dancing, tai-
chi, yoga and meditation. It would be very helpful for you to learn to focus on your mental
power[...]
Regardless of your sexual identity, your character tends to be more masculine. [...]
You prefer to be a calm Earth in your relationships. [...]
You make an effort to bring back natural order in all levels of life. [...]
Chicchan / Serpent
You have a strong body and you like to do sports. Your good mental skills provide you with tools to
handle stress better than many people. You are interested in science and reading. You have an
ability to uncover information that is stored in your genes. Because you like following new
information very closely, you can be successful in the field of information technology.[...]
You are always noticeable, but very little is known about you. You are passionate, striking and have
strong instincts and all of that makes you a natural leader. You are like a bridge between the limited
world and the spiritual yearnings. You carry high spiritual potential that can make you a psychic or
spiritual healer.[...]
You can recall the symbol of the Serpent from the Kundalini snake used in yoga or the snake used
for medicine. You carry magical powers and have strong connections with the other realms, giving
you the opportunity to obtain wisdom that is difficult to understand. [...]
The energy you own is also about your sexuality which brings you the risk of becoming a slave to
your desires. [...]
By bringing authority and truth together, you provide quick and final decisions. [...]

39. Ankh
A symbol of eternal life, a
cross topped with a loop comes
to us from ancient Egypt where
it was an indispensable lucky
charm for the Pharaohs. The
gods are often seen holding an
ankh to someone's lips, this is
considered to be an offering of
"The Breath of Life". The
breath you will need in the
afterlife.
40. Axe
Axes are lucky charms that can bring success. Archaeologists have unearthed talismans in the
shape of an Axe head in all parts of the world. They usually have holes in them, indicating that
they were worn around the neck.
Ancient art from the Far East, pre-Columbian America, the Mediterranean, and Africa frequently
depicts a double-bladed Axe to indicate power.
41.Circle
The circle is one of mankind's oldest symbols of good fortune. It stands for eternity because it
is without beginning or end. It is a sign of completeness, perfection, and wholeness.
The concept gave us many kinds of lucky symbols, including rings of every description and the
circular designs of Amish hex signs, not to mention the wreaths we hang on our doors at
Christmas-time.
42.Crescent
Among the most powerful of all lucky symbols, the crescent is especially lucky for young
children and their mothers.
In ancient Egypt, the crescent moon was the symbol of Isis, the Mother of the Gods. As its
symbolism spread throughout the world, it eventually became a symbol of paradise, when
represented with a star. It is particularly significant in Islam.
43. Cross
Although the cross has come to be a symbol of Christianity, it was both a religious and lucky
sign for centuries before the Christian era. It has been found in parts of the world where the
message of Christianity never reached. In most pagan religions, the cross represents the tree of
life.
In some ancient cultures, the crosspiece intersecting the upright piece, represented a ladder that
helped a worshiper to reach God. In other cultures, the upright pointed the way to heaven and the
crosspiece represented earthly influences.
44. Hand
In just about every Mediterranean country, charms in the shape of human hands have
been powerful symbols of good luck.
In Muslim countries, the hand is made with the thumb and fingers outstretched in honor of
Fatima, the favorite daughter of the prophet Mohammad. Fatima was one of only three women
worthy of entering heaven. The thumb represents the prophet himself, the first finger represents
Fatima, the middle finger her husband, and the others her two sons.
The ancient Etruscans and the Greeks wore lucky amulets representing a fist with the thumb
tucked beneath the fingers. Similar charms with the index finger extended were believed to have
power to ward off the evil eye. Sometimes a simple hand gesture encourages good luck or helps
ward off bad luck.
In many countries, but especially in Italy, the evil eye is thwarted with the so-called "devil's
horn," the fist clenched with the index and little fingers outstretched
45. Heart
Charms in the shape of hearts are obviously intended to bring luck in love.
In Christianity, the heart is seen as a representation of love and wisdom. In Egypt, the heart is
seen as the center of our psychic energy and were thought to have power over the influences of
black magic. Islam sees the heart as the basis of thought.
46. Horn
The horn, signifies strength power and abundance. In ancient Greek and Roman mythology
the horn represented the phallus.
Because of the horn's form, it is equally effective for both male and female as a sexual symbol.
Sometimes called the horn of plenty, this charm signifies future wealth and prosperity.
Like crescents, which they resemble, charms in the form of animal horns are believed to have
great power over the evil eye.
47. Key
As a symbol of luck, a single key is among the most important, not to mention one of the
oldest, of charms.
A key given as a gift between lovers is considered a symbol of unlocking the door to the heart. It
is believed that the giver will be lucky in love.
The Greeks and Romans believed it represented the "Key of Life" and had the power to unlock
the door through which prayers reached the gods. It was also used to promote remembrance of
things past and foresight for things to come.
The ancients attached special significance to keys made of silver, the metal sacred to the goddess
Diana. She was the protector of doorways and thresholds as well as the special guardian of
mothers-to-be.
Among the Japanese, three keys tied together are considered a powerful lucky charm. They
enable the wearer to unlock the doors that lead to love, health, and wealth.
According to the Gypsies of Eastern Europe, a door key with a metal ring attached will ensure a
good night's sleep, if it is hung upside down over the bed. It will also prevent nightmares.
48.Ladder
Ladders have been considered lucky symbols for centuries. The Egyptians usually placed
them in their tombs to help the souls of the dead climb heavenward. They also carried charms in
the form of ladders, to help avoid earthly temptation and to climb to greater heights.
Ladders enter the realm of the unlucky when they are leaned against a wall to form a triangle
with the ground. The same triangle is formed by an open stepladder. The three sides are believed
to represent the basic family unit -father, mother, and child- and passing through it can violate
the unity of the family. Others say the triangle represents the Trinity -Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit- the unity of which must also never be interrupted.
There is an antidote, of course. If you should unwittingly wander under a ladder, you can save
yourself by crossing your fingers and spitting three times through the ladder's rungs.
49. Triangle
In engineering, the triangle is considered the strongest and most indestructible form for
structures of every description. Even before mankind began to realize this, practitioners of
ancient religions found mystical significance in the shape of a triangle and frequently fashioned
charms and amulets in that shape.
It was perceived as representing the cycle of life -birth, maturity and death- and as such it stood
for the harmony of humans with their gods. It was considered a sacrilege to break its perfect
shape.
The ancient Egyptians used this holy shape when they created the great pyramids, which many
today regard all by themselves as symbols of good luck, even though they are in reality
monuments of dead. The architects who designed them combined four triangles as a symbol of
the coming together of the forces of earth and of heaven.
50. Wheel
The flag of modern India has Buddha's Wheel of Life as its centerpiece. It was said that
Buddha himself drew such a wheel in a rice field to teach his followers that all creation is a
series of causes and effects following each other like the turning of a wheel.
As a circle representing eternity, the wheel appears frequently as a lucky charm in many cultures.
It symbolizes that bad luck passes and good luck rises, just as a wheel is turned.
