After doing research on three articles, it can be stated that information technology is playing vital

role in the enhancement of the communication in the business and the organization including

individual employees to the partners. Implementation of the latest technology can be a beneficial

approach for the organization for enhancing the way and mode of the communication in the

organizational processes. Laptops, smartphones, mobile devices, GPS have become the part of

the life and every individual is well aware with these technologies within the work premises and

can be efficiently utilized for improving the effectiveness of the communication.

Mobile Work from Home

Most of the organizations have already applied this type of working technique and has resulted in

better approaches that limited the leaves taken by the employees and keep the production

constant. A technology such as internet, laptop, and mobile devices allows the employees to

communicate with the office sitting at home and execute the necessary operational activities.

Organization can offer work from home if an employee needs leave or there is some transporting

problem and thus, there will be no absence of the employee and all the operational activities

could be accomplished in effective way. Technologies also allows for the conference call that

could be utilized for the communication between more than one individual at the same time and

thus, is also applicable for working from home in effective and efficient manner.
Unified Communication

A set of interconnected systems can be utilized for enhancing the real time communication, and

thus, collaborative operations execution, and lastly, the productivity of the organization. Video

Conferencing and Internet Protocol are some of the technology that can be listed in the list of

technology that has enhanced the experience of unified communication through bringing all the

employees at the single platform. These technologies will alternatively focus on increasing the

collaboration of each team members or employees connected with the organization. Other

technologies such as email, personal chatting platforms, and others can also contribute in

facilitating the collaborative communication and thus, enhances the quality of the

communication.

Closer Collaboration

Communication gap can be the biggest drawback in executing the work in a team within an

organization technology helps in enhancing the collaborative meeting and interaction with each

other in real-time. It can be noted that the main gist should be integration of the software that can

be helpful in supporting the asynchronous and synchronous communication between the end

users and easily accessible by them. Better communication wirelessly will allow the employees

to be in touch with each team member and thus, execute the operational activities with higher

efficiency and contributing in the development of the company.

Establishing latest technology will be eliminating the communication gaps and allowing the

individuals to execute real time communication between them. This will alternatively affect the

overall productivity and output of the organization.
