Router Jig Pivot Base Guide

This document provides dimensions and diagrams for a router jig pivot base that can be used to shape concave and convex surfaces on a lathe. The pivot base clamps to the lathe bed and allows a router mounted in the carrier bar to pivot left or right of center to cut concave or convex profiles. Adjustments include a threaded rod for depth of cut control and experimentation is needed to determine the optimal cutter path.
