Earthquake drill script:

Students, staff, and visitors: we are now conducting an earthquake drill. Please take cover under a table
or desk by dropping to your knees. Protect your head with your arms and hands. If you are near a table
or desk, hold on to it with one hand while protecting your head with the other hand. Stay away from
windows. Remain silent. This is only a drill

Drill should last for 1 minute

Students, staff, and visitors: this is Ms. Flores. The drill has ended. I want to commend everyone for
doing a great job during our earthquake drill. Remember to drop, cover, and hold on if you are inside
during a real earthquake. If you are outside, stay there and move away from buildings, telephone poles,
and trees and drop to the ground. Once the shaking stops, ask for an adult to help you. Thank you.
