The Rajasthan Technical University has issued a notice regarding the restarting of the filling and submission of exam forms for certain semester exams in 2019-2020. Students of B.Tech, BHMCT, B.Arch, MCA, and MBA programs can fill out and submit their exam forms online between April 20th and 28th, with fees due by April 30th. Additionally, due to issues faced during the lockdown, students and institutions will be given another opportunity to complete the exam form submission process with normal fees after the lockdown period ends.

Notice

1. In continuation of our earlier letter/order no. 18967-71 dated 27.02.2020


and 19642-48 dated 17.03.2020 and revised schedule issued on 20.4.2020,
filling up of exam forms of B.Tech. & BHMCT VIII, B.Arch. X, MCA VI
and MBA IV semester examination 2019-20 has been restarted with
normal fee. Colleges/ Institutes are required to fill, update and deposit the
online examination forms and fee of all eligible students of above classes
through online payment gateway.
2. The online link for filling up of online examination forms is open from
20.04.2020 to 28.04.2020 with normal fee and last date for online payment
of exam fee is up to 30.04.2020.
3. We are in receipt of mails/queries/phone calls from some of the students as
well as from few institutes regarding problem being faced by them in
updating forms and collection/deposition of fee online due to various
reasons. Therefore it is decided to allow one more chance (with normal
fee) for completing the above activity after lockdown period is over.
Duration of availability of online link shall be informed after office
working is restored.

This bears approval of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
