1. My son is studying Class 3-B in the school. On 13 Sep 19 he had fallen sick,
thereafter, I had taken him to SMC and he was prescribed medicine for two days
followed by bed rest.

2. Due to the above quoted reason he was unable to attend the school and write
the exam scheduled on 14 Sep 19.

3. Therefore I request you to authorise one day’s leave to my ward.
