Special Organizational Considerations


If there are any special organizational considerations. Where in the organization a particular
process exists or if it is unique to a business division or if there are exceptions made to
individual employees.

There are differences across countries in SAS Region. Some countries cover Commercial RE
Objects only, while some others also have Residential RE Objects under their management.

Some countries have wide areas to cover and have multiple and complex RE details and
arrangements while some others have single sites and fairly straightforward RE Management
requirements.

Residential RE Leases might require charging process to Employees related to the leases as
relevant according to the Contracts.

Legal requirements and various licensing / audit requirements also differ in the countries,
resulting in requirements for date reminders on actions due to maintain legal / regulatory
compliance.
