2D Echo Cardoghraphic Study: M-Mode

Mr. R.S. Gandhi, a 65-year-old male, underwent a 2D echocardiogram on July 1, 2015 which showed mildly dilated and hypertrophied left ventricle with normal systolic function and no significant valvular abnormalities. The study also found a normal right ventricle, atria, and pericardium with intact interatrial and interventricular septums. The impression was of normal bi-ventricular systolic function with mild left atrial and left ventricular dilation and hypertrophy but no significant mitral regurgitation, tricuspid regurgitation, or pulmonary artery hypertension.
