Declaration
It is certify that the Plumbing and Drainage Installation as specified in the *Contract/Sub-
contract/Quotation at the above location has been inspected, tested and commissioned in
accordance with this Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Procedure as agreed between the
Consultant/Client and the Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Contractor. The results are
satisfactory.
It is also certifying that site tests have been performed in accordance with the requirements set
out in T&C Procedure and that the results are satisfactory. A record of the tests has been
prepared and submitted to the Consultant/Client.
