Welcome to the Virtual Campus of ENEB Business School. The aim of this guide is to help you become
acquainted with the platform, so your training program is as enjoyable as possible.
Before beginning your training program at ENEB, we recommend you to perform the following checks on
your devices (computer, laptop, tablet or mobile):

4. Send your Final Project
In the Final Project instructions, you will find the explanation of the document format and file name that
you need to use. It is imperative that you respect this format. The file needs to be sent by e-mail and should

It is essential to indicate in the “Subject” the section name (not the number). The content of the mail does
not need to be the same as the example, but it must say the reason why you are sending it.
The tutors will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. The assessment of your Final Project should
be done within seven days.
Remember: the e-mail for the submission of the Final Project appears on the cover of the Final Project
document. If you still have questions, check the area to which the subject belongs in the student guide.

Where do I start?
In the Student Guide we explain in detail all of our methodology. In case of further questions, you can
contact our tutors by e-mail.
I cannot find my tutors on the Virtual Campus.
Remember that in the Student Guide it is shown the directory of the departments and how to contact your
tutors. All of our tutors are available 24 hours a day, seven days of the week.
I see that there are new discussion forums today, but I cannot access them.
Make sure that you are enrolled in the sections/subjects where the forums have been published. If so,
please contact [email protected] to report your request to our IT department.
Where can I find my grades?
You can check your grades in the “Grade” section of the main menu of the Virtual Campus using your User
and Password.
How often can I take a quiz?
Online quizzes can be done as many times as you see fit.
What is the rating scale?
For the quizzes the scale is from 0 to 20, while in the Final Project is from 0 to 10. Remember that the
grade that will be taken into account in your academic record is the one granted on the Final Project. The
minimum to pass is 5.
Where can I find examples and exercises?
All the examples and exercises are in the “Appendix” section of each section.
Are streaming classes mandatory?
These multimedia resources were designed as a complement to our training programs, but their assistance
is entirely voluntary. We recommend to participate because the invited experts explain the most important
points of a subject and latest trends of business.
